3. Pawn Services (Buy-Back)
When you pawn an item with us, you agree to the following:
- You confirm that you are the legal owner of the item and have the right to pawn it
- You must provide valid identification and proof of ownership
- The loan amount is based on our valuation of the item at the time of pawning
- Interest rates and repayment terms will be clearly stated on your pawn ticket
- You must retain your pawn ticket to reclaim your item
- If you fail to repay within the agreed period, ownership of the item transfers to Hindley Money Station
- We reserve the right to refuse any pawn transaction
4. Buying and Selling Gold and Valuables
For transactions involving gold and valuables:
- You must provide valid identification for all transactions
- You confirm that all items sold to us are legally owned by you
- Prices are based on current market rates and our assessment of the item
- All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We reserve the right to test and verify the authenticity of items
- We comply with all legal requirements regarding the purchase of precious metals and valuables
5. Mobile Phone and Laptop Sales
When purchasing mobile phones or laptops from us:
- All devices are sold as described with any known faults disclosed
- Warranty terms, if applicable, will be provided at the time of sale
- We are not responsible for data on second-hand devices - customers should verify devices are reset
- Returns are subject to our returns policy
- Prices are subject to change without notice
6. Repair Services
For mobile phone and laptop repair services:
- We will provide an estimate before commencing work
- Repair times are estimates and not guaranteed
- You authorize us to perform the agreed repairs
- We are not liable for data loss - please backup your data before repair
- Uncollected items after 90 days may be disposed of
- We use quality parts but cannot guarantee compatibility with all future updates
- Warranty on repairs will be specified at the time of service
- Payment is required upon collection of repaired items
- If you decide not to proceed with a repair after we have started work, we will be unable to restore the device to its original state
- If we discover new faults during the repair process and you choose not to proceed with the repair, we will not be liable for any damages to the device
- In cases where repairs are cancelled after commencement, the device will be returned in its current state and we accept no responsibility for its condition
7. Valuation Services
Our valuation services are provided for informational purposes. Valuations are based on our professional assessment at the time and market conditions. We do not guarantee that items will sell for the valuation amount.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information and valid identification
- Only sell or pawn items you legally own
- Not use our services for any illegal purposes
- Comply with all terms specific to the service you are using
9. Payment Terms
Payment must be made at the time of purchase or service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as displayed in store. All prices include VAT where applicable.
